The project consists of phased addition and renovation of the interior public spaces of the building including finishes, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, power, and low voltage systems; construction of a new structured parking structure, site work; and coordination with other Owner’s other contracts for the relocation, reuse, and replacement of existing or new furniture and equipment
