Waveland Park & Forest Avenue 2022 Parking Lot Improvements

The Waveland Park Parking Lot portion of the project includes the expansion and resurfacing of the existing parking lot, to include earth excavation, aggregate base course, preparation of base, bioswale, HMA binder and surface course, site grading, and restoration. The Forest Ave Parking Lot portion of the project includes milling off the existing asphalt surface, removal and replacement of deteriorated sections of sidewalk and curb, storm sewer upgrade, repaving, and restriping.
