Jefferson Elementary Roof Replacement

Work to include the complete demolition of the existing roofing assembly down to the existing roof decking, adjust all existing internal roof drain assemblies as required for new roof system, replace all gutters and downspouts, and install a new EPDM roofing system and all associated items required for a watertight assembly as described in the construction documents. There is a separate HVAC project at this facility that is scheduled concurrently with this project and it shall be the responsibility of both contractors to coordinate their project and work schedules, including the work schedules of the subcontractors, with each other.
