Marion Junior High Renovations Phase 2

Work to be completed during the summer of 2022 and the summer of 2023 shall include the removal of seven existing rooftop multi-zone units, interior ductwork modifications, removal of interior ACT ceiling assemblies and light fixtures, masonry wall modifications, removal of existing casework and residential kitchen equipment, flooring removal and the demolition of approximately 175 interior doors. New work to include the installation of new curb adapters, EDPM roofing flashing, approximately 54 VAV ceiling-mounted units, insulating of existing and new interior ductwork, gas piping and electrical modifications, gypsum soffits, painting, VCT and carpet tile flooring, ACT ceiling assemblies, and LED light fixtures. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
