Homer Township Public Library Expansion & Renovation

Project consists of construction of one approximately 3000 square foot expansion, one approximately 1500 square foot expansion; limited renovation of the interior public spaces of the building including partitions, finishes; Modifications/expansion to the existing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, power, fire protection systems, low voltage systems; technology and public address systems, site work associated with the expansions; landscaping; and coordination with other Owner's other contracts for the relocation, reuse, and replacement of existing or new furniture and equipment.
