Trico Floor Abatement and Replacement

Work covered by the Abatement Base Bid includes the complete removal of approximately 2,030 SF of carpet flooring glued over VCT flooring with asbestos mastic as well as approximately 187 LF of wall base at the junior high. Work covered by the General Base Bid includes the removal of approximately 6,672 SF of existing carpet, mastic, and approximately 984 LF of wall base at the elementary school, the installation of new resilient flooring and wall base over the existing concrete slab-on-grade and wall assemblies at the elementary school, and the installation of new carpet tile and wall base over the existing concrete slab-on-grade and masonry wall assemblies at the junior high.
