2022 Building J Theater Improvements

The Project consists, but is not limited to, the alteration of areas within Building J including but not limited to the following: Under base bid, the removal and replacement of designated catwalk level obsolete horizontal electrical lighting connector /plug strips and all associated wiring, cabling, raceways, boxes, and hanging systems. Under alternate bid the additional removal and replacement house level obsolete vertical electrical lighting connector /plug strips and all associated wiring, cabling, raceways, boxes, and hanging systems, and associated drywall soffit repair, custom wood trim repair and replacement, painting and staining.
