Mariner's Cove Retention Pond

Mariner’s Cove Retention Pond contains approximately 11,300 c.y. of unsettled material to be removed at the locations on the drawings. The settling basin has a capacity of 3,000 cubic yards. Lump sum is to dredge the unsettled material deposited into the settling basin. Upon completion the settling pond shall be final graded, topsoiled, and seeded. Additive alternate, in the event that the sediment basin cannot contain the full amount of the unsettled material unit price will be per 1,000 cubic yards to excavate out the basin, remove the settled material off site, and dredge an additional 1,000 cubic yards.
