Jefferson HVAC Phase 2

Work to include the complete demolition of two existing HVAC roof top units and one HVAC make up air unit; support rails, roof flashings, roof mounted exterior ductwork, and interior transition ductwork. Work also to include the installation of two new HVAC roof top units, one new HVAC make up air unit; new support rails and roof flashings, new jacketed roof mounted exterior ductwork, new interior transitions ductwork; and connect to existing watt-master control system.
