In general, the Project consists of pre-engineered wood structure building with masonry knee wall that will serve as storage for vehicles and equipment for the Township. The scope of the work includes site demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry, finishes, MEP&FP, and pre-engineered wood building scope as more fully-described in the Bid Documents.
