Zeigler-Royalton Schools Misc. Renovations

Work to include the removal of interior ACT ceiling assemblies at the elementary school as well as modifications to existing roof mounted exhaust fans, flues, and other related items at the high schools. New work to include the installation of new roof curbs, curb adapters, gas piping and electrical modifications at the high school with installation of new ACT ceiling assemblies and re-installation of light fixture and fire alarm device at the elementary school. Work on high school roof to be coordinated with an existing roof replacement contract. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
