Denning School HVAC Replacement

Base Bid demolition work to include: disconnecting and abandoning in place the existing classroom unit ventilators, demolition of portions of existing roof assemblies, portions of existing tectum roof deck, existing lay-in and gypsum ceilings in portions of the school, and existing ceiling mounted light fixtures in portions of the school. Base Bid new work to include: new mechanical roof curbs, new packaged heating and cooling units, new water source heat pumps, new DDC controls, new gas service and piping, new roof flashing, concrete pad, bollards, new LED light fixtures, new ACT ceilings, new metal stud and gypsum wall board bulkheads and soffits, and gypsum wall board painting as shown in the Construction Documents. Corresponding structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be included.
