Reed Turner Parking Lot Improvements

Aggregate subgrade improvements / supplement existing aggregate, paving with Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder and Surface courses, paint pavement markings, pipe underdrains, and associated improvements. Please note that for this project, no crushed limestone will be allowed due to the close vicinity of mature Oak trees. Also, this project cannot begin until GHA has received notice to proceed from Lake County SMC for storm water compliance.
