RFQ 2019 Parks Project Engineering Design Services
St. Louis County Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting the services of a highly qualified consulting engineering firm to perform professional services for this project. Projects include the following: Design for new entrance and exit gates to Lone Elk Park; Evaluation of the feasibility to connect the restroom at Ohlendorf Park to nearby public sanitary systems; Evaluation of the feasibility to connect the park residence at Queeny Park to nearby public sanitary systems; Evaluation of the existing septic system and recommendation of a repair or replacement design for the system that serves the park residence and maintenance facility at Greensfelder Park; Design for modifications to the Veterans Memorial Monument; Design and secure necessary permits for stone revetment-style (or comparable) bank stabilization along the western shore of the pond on the St. Louis County owned property at 13501 Big Bend Road; Design of a bridge along a pedestrian trail around the Jarville Pond at Queeny Park.
