Raccoon Grade School Restroom Renovations

Work under Base Bid and Alternate Bid to include the demolition of all plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, door and frame, and the partial demolition of wall partitions in two restrooms. New work to include the installation of metal stud partitions and furring strips with backer board and ceramic wall tile, gypsum ceiling assembly, epoxy resin flooring, painting, door and frames, door hardware, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, mechanical exhaust, and LED light fixtures. Corresponding mechanical, plumbing, and electrical will be required.
