Removing & Replacing Furnaces

The Housing Authority of Norman will receive bids for the Project consisting of removing seventy three (73) existing York Natural Gas 17.5 or 14.5 wide, 80% AFUE, 3 Ton furnaces and associated venting and replace them with Luxaire Natural Gas 80% AFUE 3 Ton 17.5 or 14.5 wide furnaces. Remove old thermostats and install new non-programmable thermostats. Existing duct work (if present) to remain in place. All Furnaces must be brought up to city code if necessary to pass required inspections. Work shall be at our 4 scattered site complexes located in Norman, Oklahoma
