New building and habitat yards for Langurs and Lemurs. Approx. 1,000sf building: slab-on-grade, cmu bearing walls, cementitious siding, wood roof trusses, composite shingles, laminated/tempered safety glass, & animal caging systems, hvac, plumbing, power and lighting. Approx. 800sf habitat yards, steel tube frames and woven stainless steel animal containment mesh. All under a single contract.
