Various Facility Roof Replacements

The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Standing Seam Metal Roof system installation at the Peg Bond Center which shall replace the wood shingle and standing seam roof system. Standing Seam Metal Roof system installation at the North Point Pavilion which shall replace the wood shingle roof system. PVC single membrane roof which shall be installed over the existing insulation at the 150 Houston Street flat roof. Shingle replacement for the Depot Museum pitched roof, New PVC roofing for the Depot Museum at existing modified bit room and membrane restoration for the existing EPDM flat roof. The Lodge will receive a shingle replacement, roof vent replacement, gutter, and downspout replacements.
