The project consists of unclassified excavation and embankment construction, earthwork and grading, drainage, paving, airfield lighting and signage, electrical, pavement marking, erosion control, topsoiling and landscaping, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements shown on the plans and as described herein.
