Buildings R & O Roofing Removal & Replacement

Work includes, but is not limited to the following: The removal and recycling of existing membrane roofing systems, inclusive of ballast, walkway pads, insulation, copings, flashings, and abandoned exhaust fans and curbs, along with the subsequent installation of new white EPDM membrane roofing systems, inclusive of thermal fire barrier boards, vapor retarders, rigid insulation, cover boards, copings, flashings, and walkway pads.
