Construction of Rosedale Substation

MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for above- and below-grade construction of Rosedale Substation, a two-acre greenfield facility located in Southeast Kansas City, Kansas. Scope includes the installation of concrete foundations, ground grid, control cable, 15kV power cables, conduit, trench, precast cable pits, surface grading rock, steel structures and equipment pedestals, precast concrete perimeter wall, control enclosure, 15kV switchgear enclosures, and 161kV air-insulated power equipment (e.g. transformers, circuit breakers, buswork, jumpers, insulators, CCVTs, and surge arresters).
