The proposed work is officially known as " THE CORNELL DEVELOPMENT AND PARKING LOT EXPANSION " which includes construction of a new parking lot, grind and overlay of the existing parking lot, with the associated underground detention system, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, sidewalk, lighting, privacy fence, dumpster enclosure and landscaping in Huntley, Illinois
