Trico School Maintenance Facility

Work under Base Bid to include the construction of a new two (2) level wood post framed maintenance facility. Finish work to include, but not limited to, concrete interior and exterior work, insulation, metal roofing and siding, metal gutter and downspouts, plumbing for future expansion, electrical wiring for lighting and power, and HVAC conditioned spaces throughout. Corresponding civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be included.
