Renovate Administration Building - DuQuoin State Fairgrounds

The scope of work provides for connection of existing downspouts to storm water system and new water service. Exterior renovations include roof replacement of the two-story portion of the building (asphalt shingles), select wood siding and trim replacement and repair, repointing existing chimneys, and window restoration. Interior renovations include new limited use - limited access elevator, toilet renovation, doors, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, plaster repair, painting, floor finishes, painting, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to support renovations.
