Staben House Roof Replacement

The Project consists of the replacement of an existing slate shingle roof and re-roofing of an exterior elevated balcony at a two-story residential facility in Waukegan, Illinois. The re-roofing work will coincide with exterior masonry wall repairs which will be completed under a separate contract.
