Hillcrest Medical Center Respiratory Relocation

Complete construction necessary to allow for relocation of the Respiratory Therapy (RT) department from the 6th floor down to the 1st floor of the hospital. The project will include partial renovation of portions of an abandoned pediatric unit located on the 1st floor of the campus in areas recognized as 1-north (1950) and 2-center (1975). This work includes: general, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and all other miscellaneous items of work as shown and/or specified or as otherwise required for occupation of the department
