2022 Sidewalk and Curb Maintenance Program

The program consists of over 8,000 square feet of intermittent removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk located throughout the City. The program also may include the installation of detectable warning panels, intermittent curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC stair steps replacement, PCC driveway pavement, landscape restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans. All quantities will be used in determining the lowest responsible bidder.
