Renovations of Alton Mental Health Center, Maple Building

Complete Interior and exterior renovation of existing building. The work to include asbestos abatement and new complete interior and exterior architectural renovations including new window/door assemblies and a complete roof replacements with new flashings, gutters, and downspouts. Also new ventilation, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems.
