The work to be performed includes the following principal features, but is not limited thereto: Replacement of and additions to exterior concrete driveways, parking pads, sidewalks, and porches. Full scope of work is listed on the drawings. All material and equipment needed to complete the job shall be furnished by the contractor unless otherwise noted. Summary: Site concrete parking, sidewalk, and porch replacement and improvements. Location: Work will take place at the residential neighborhood surrounding Jennings Lane and E. Sayre Street in Dexter, MO, known as Site 1 and Site 2 as shown on plans. Please bid accordingly. Bids are to be emailed to estimating@rickshipman.com.
