2022 Culinary, Fashion & Interior Design Lab Renovation

The work includes but is not limited to Base Bid , the renovation for approximately 6,700 SF Culinary Arts, Fashion Design and Interior Design Labs. Included are 2 alternates: Alternate 1: An alternate to include the complete removal of existing ceiling, grid, and lighting, and replacement with approximately 8,600 SF of new ceiling acoustical tile ceiling, grid, new LED lighting and all associated work in the corridor as indicated in the drawings. Alternate 2: The alternate to include the removal of existing flooring and base and replacement with approximately 8,600 SF of new flooring and base and all associated work in the corridor as indicted in the drawings.
