Hub Lawrence Student Apartments & Parking Garage

This project will commence in Fall 2019. The project consists of a stand-alone 3-story parking garage, a 6-story apartment building, and 3-story townhomes. Site work includes building, demolition, grading, utilities, hardscapes and landscaping. Building construction includes cast-in-place concrete, pre-cast concrete, masonry, structural steel, wood framing, siding, flat and sloped roofing, unit windows, storefront glazing systems, typical interior apartment finishes, and design/build MEPS systems.
