RFQ - Redbud Park Construction Manager

The NOTO Arts & Entertainment District is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide Construction Management services for the construction of Redbud Park. The future sculpture park is located on the southeast corner of North Kansas Avenue and Gordon Street. Construction is anticipated to commence Spring of 2019 and be completed no later than late Fall of 2019. This project consists of a renovation to the existing metal building on site, a new stage, gabion benches, plantings, lighting and other site work.
