RFQ Construction Management

Notice is hereby given that the Independent School District 29 (Cleveland County) Norman Public Schools ("NPS") have certain Capital Improvement projects that require the services of Construction Management (CM) firms to provide at-risk construction management services. CM's are requested to provide their qualifications for providing CM services related to projects on EXHIBIT A. This Request for Qualifications is not for a specific project. Any firms that wishes to be considered to provide CM services for the project(s), must be registered with the Construction & Properties Department of the State of Oklahoma Division of Capital Assets Management, prior to the closing date.
