RFQ Construction Manager

The City of Little Rock is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager to provide pre construction Management Services for the Little Rock Police Department Headquarters Renovations Project. The project will involve the rehabilitation of an existing 15,336 square-foot, two (2)-story building, which will house the Little Rock Police Department Headquarters. This facility if located at 615 West Markham Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. The City will enter into a contract with the selected Construction Manager will rely on the Manager's expertise to assist in the City's selection of an architectural team to design the project and complete all construction services, not to exceed the available Construction Budget. The City will select the Architect through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. Any other necessary experts for the project shall be considered to work for the City of Little Rock.
