RFQ Architectural Services Historic Property

The Frankfort Development Trust is soliciting written statements of proposal from individuals and/or firms qualified to complete architectural services for an historic property. The Historic Frankfort School project is for the repair and replacement of the northeast and southwest porticos, removal of fire escapes, installation of gutters and down spouts, and completion of window assessment. The property is located at 400 North Locust, Frankfort, Kansas. Successful completion of this proposed project supports the goal of securing the building, promotes window restoration and allows restoration efforts to move to the building's interior.
