Adams Ave. Improvements

Water Infrastructure Improvements (Funded by IEPA Loan No. L17-5676): Proposed construction improvements include replacement of water main, valves, hydrants, and water services in the right-of-way, as detailed in the Plans and Specifications. This work will include portions of the street reconstruction and restorations above the water improvement installations. Sewer Infrastructure Improvements (Funded by IEPA Loan No. L17-5707) Proposed construction improvements include replacement of the sanitary sewer, manholes, and sanitary sewer services in the right-of-way, as detailed in the Plans and Specifications. This work will include portions of the street reconstruction and restorations above the sanitary improvement installations. Local Streets Infrastructure Improvements (Funded by City of Freeport): Proposed construction improvements include storm sewer and street reconstruction, along with the remaining project improvements as detailed in the Plans and Specifications.
