RFQ Fire Station No 2 and EOC

The City of Mustang invites qualified architectural firms to submit qualifications to the City of Mustang for project labeled Fire Station #2 and Emergency Operations Command Center. The purpose of this request is to obtain professional architectural and engineering services. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design and construction of Fire Station No. 2 and Emergency Operations Command Center for the City of Mustang. PROJECT SCOPE: Bays, sleeping quarters, day room, kitchen, laundry room, etc., total square footage needed. Project includes a fully operational emergency operations command center within the station. Consultant services to be architect led. Consultant services shall include: Program development, site planning, land development, conceptual, preliminary and final design, bidding and construction management services. Consultant shall include usual and customary civil, structural, mechanical & electrical engineering services for the project. Special inspections, surveying, geotechnical services, and other specialty disciplines shall be included as needed. Emphasis will be placed on project design being completed on time and within budget. Regular meetings will be held to ensure concept and design are meeting City standards and project scope.
