Trail Planning and Design Services

Jackson County, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for trail planning and design services for the Parks & Rec Department. Services would be used on one or more multi-use bicycle and pedestrian trail projects in Jackson County, Missouri on an as-needed basis, including a project to improve safety and accessibility on the County's Little Blue Trail at the M-78 Crossing. The County estimates it may spend between $25,000 and $100,000 on these services over a twenty-four month period, depending upon funding, including grants and other alternative funding opportunities. The term of any resulting contract would be Twenty-Four Months with One Twelve Month option to extend.
