RFQ Design Professional KC Convention Center Parking & Event Facility

This is a Request for Qualifications/Proposals ("RFQ/P") issued by the city of Kansas City, Missouri through the General Services Department - City Architecture Division soliciting qualified firm(s) to provide services as the Owner's Representative in the reconstruction of the parking and plaza facility at Barney Allis Plaza/Auditorium Plaza Garage. Barney Allis Plaza and the Auditorium Plaza Garage, built in the late 1950s, is a one-block plaza situated atop a three-story under-ground garage in downtown Kansas City.
