Muncie Operations and Garage Building Reroof

MANDATORY pre-bid. Re-Roofing the Board or Public Utilities Muncie Operations Building (MOB) (located at 380 S Baltimore St) and Muncie Garage Building (MGB) (located at 342 S Bethany St) in Kansas City, Kansas. This project generally includes removal and disposal of the existing built up roofing systems including insulation and installation of a new tapered insulation system with a fully adhered 60 mil or greater TPO Membrane Roof System per specifications. The operations building is to be started and completed first followed immediately by the Garage building roof. Coordination with BPU HVAC contractor for removal and replacement of HVAC equipment on the Garage building is also requires Removal of all skylights on Garage Building, install proper closure of openings and purchase and install replacement skylight with new skylight as indicated on the drawings and as specified is also required.
