RFA Kansas City Streetcar Main Street Southern Extension

The Consultant shall perform professional Engineering and Architectural services for the KC Streetcar Main Street Extension Project. The work includes Project Management, Engineering and Architectural designs, drawings, calculations, reports, schedules, and cost estimates necessary to complete the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Project Development phase in the Capital Improvement Grant (CIG) process. The Consultant will produce a Consultant Project Management Plan (C-PMP) to serve as a project management resource document for the Consultant team working on the Preliminary Engineering Phase of the Project. The document provides a basic structure for implementation of the most critical elements of project management including record keeping, documentation, communications, quality control and assurance, and delineates the Consultant organizational structure for the Project.
