RFQ Roadway Reconstruction Project

Ellis County is seeking proposals from professional engineering firms to demonstrate qualifications, experience, and proposed approach for roadway design and funding assistance on a significant roadway reconstruction project. The selected engineer shall provide preliminary designs, survey work, proposed alignments and sample road sections to assist the County in securing funding from outside agencies.
