RFQ Engineering Services - North 8th Street Cullimore Cottages

RFP 73/2019 is for the procurement of engineering services for the North 8th Street Cullimore Cottages. Engineering services shall include final plat and civil design of the property. The City of Columbia owns land at 1101 N 8th Street and plans to build new, affordable and energy efficient housing for low to moderate income homebuyers. The City plans to utilize non-profit partnering organizations for the development of the homes. The Contractor shall submit a final plat, as well as site engineering and design of the sanitary and storm water infrastructure. The scope of services required shall result in the site to be ready for development of site infrastructure and gradings.
