B1001 Reconfigure

Due to scheduling conflicts Walga Ross Group will not be bidding this project. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your continued support. The work includes the reconfiguration of an approximately 8,200 square foot portion of an existing building. This reconfiguration includes, but is not limited to, demolition work needed to preform new work, new walls, new doors, new door hardware, electrical rework, new electrical work, HVAC rework, new HVAC work, fire alarm rework, fire suppression rework, and incidental related work. The reconfigured space shall serve the TSO training mission and TSO Training Squadron. Portions of the building will remain occupied during construction.
