RFQ Park System Strategic Plan

The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is requesting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing a Ten-Year Park System Master Plan and Strategic Plan. Statements of qualification submitted shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located. A written narrative describing the method or manner in which the Proposer proposes to satisfy requirements of the RFQ in the most cost-effective manner. The term proposer shall be in reference to a firm or firms or individual responding to this solicitation. The term proposal is used in this document as equal to statement of qualification.
