RFQ Airport Consulting Services

Howard County is requesting qualification submittals from qualified airport consulting professionals pursuant to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Services required will include design, bidding and construction support, as well as subsidiary tasks needed to accomplish these core services for projects at the Nashville/Howard County Municipal Airport. Planning services are not included in this solicitation. The period covered in this consultant selection shall be for three years, but the County reserves the right to extend the selection for an additional two years, based upon satisfactory performance by the consultant, need of the owner and continued funding. Projects anticipated to be completed within this selection period include: Airfield pavement, rehabilitation, runway lighting rehabilitation, hangars and hangar site improvements, apron expansion, land acquisition. Services include engineering for all phases and required incidental services related to the completion of these projects.
