RFQ Railroad Crossing & Right of Way Consulting Services

The successful proposer (Contractor) shall be responsible for the following: A. Research railroad, ROW and public crossings to reduce or eliminate cost for utility crossing for current and new ROW and lease projects to meet current best practices. B. Recommend corrective action for current lease agreements. Provide a detailed report for existing permits and lease agreements including cost saving analyst. C. Provide operational standards as to achieve lease agreements/ ROW for installations with all railroads for rebuilding or maintaining existing crossings to reduce lost production time and cost. D. Provide permitting and leasing services to secure any new permits and lease agreements as needed.
