RFQ Lower Blue River Basin Relief Sewer: Hardesty Ave & 31st St

This is a Request for Qualifications/Proposals ("RFQ/P") issued by the City of Kansas City, Missouri ("City) for the Lower Blue River Basin Relief Sewer: Hardesty Avenue and 31st Street project. The City is undertaking the project to reduce typical year combined sewer overflow frequency and volume at Diversion Structure 150 and outfall 039 within the Lower Blue River Basin. The project boundaries are 31st Street and Hardesty Avenue to the northwest and Stadium Drive and the Blue River to the southeast. The project consists of approximately 3,500 feet of 54 inch diameter replacement relief sewer. A parallel relief sewer shall be evaluated for the development of proposed sewer system relief and development of alternatives to convey the additional combined sewer from Diversion Structure 150 to the Blue River Interceptor Sewer (BRIS). This RFQ/P is an invitation by the City to Design Professionals to submit their qualifications and all other required submissions as part of their proposal for performing the services specified in this RFQ/P.
