The proposed work is officially known as “2424 LANDEN DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS” and further described as pavement removal, pavement patching, PCC Sidewalk, concrete curb, pavement striping, installation of 12’x12’ Pavilion, installation of site amenities, and landscaping, all as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B.
