RFQ Single Family Residential Rehabilitation

The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority ("OCURA") invites the submission of written proposals from qualified propersers for the purchase and rehabilitation of a single family home on an OCURA owned lot located in the Northeast Renaissance project area. OCURA owns many vacant and scattered residential lots in this area and is seeking to reestablish owner occupancy in the neighborhood with well-designed infill products. The home available for purchase and rehabilitation is located at 1234 NE 8th Street.
